Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Klarna
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or Klarna account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.
Sales tax is included in the price. No extra charges after you placed your order!
Delivery
All orders within the UK are shipped via DHL at the following rates (you will have the option to select your rate when placing an order):
- Free Standard (10-16 business days)
It usually takes between 2-3 business days to process your order. This can take up to 5 days during busy periods like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
No extra charges will be added after you placed your order. All costs are included within the total amount that you paid during the checkout.
